Cricket Victoria sells East Melbourne HQ

Cricket Victoria has sold its east Melbourne headquarters for $15 million.

It is a low-rise office on a 1,114 square metre block at 86-90 Jolimont Street.

It was listed through Colliers International.

The cricket body hopeD to attract investors willing to spend above $10 million.

Cricket Australia has occupied its Jolimont site for around three decades.

It moved to the Citipower Centre at the Junction Oval in St Kilda on Lakeside Drive in St Kilda earlier this year.

The development opportunity is opposite a public park next to the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

The property has been listed in conjunction with transaction advisors Charter Keck Cramer.
