Core Reality has taken out a 135 square metre lease on a five year term in the six-storey Argus Building in Melbourne's CBD.

Located on the corner of La Trobe and Elizabeth Streets, the heritage listed property has 12 metre high ceilings and exceptional ground-floor exposure.

Savills Australia Retail Executive, Jock Thomson, brokered the deal with colleague Michael Di Carlo.

The Beaux-Arts inspired designing was used by The Argus newspaper from 1926 to 1957.
