Corowa, Cowra and Deniliquin units average at $135,000: Investar

Corowa, Cowra and Deniliquin are the cheapest New South Wales localities to purchase a unit, according to Investar’s latest report.

The property investment firm says that units in those three localities average around $135,000.

This is followed by Jindabyne with $139,000 and Narooma with $142,000.
