Commonwealth Bank offer Amazon Locker in parts of Sydney

The Commonwealth Bank has teamed up with Amazon Locker, offering lockers at a number of Sydney branches as a value-add to customers.

Amazon Locker is a self-service kiosk that gives customers the option to pick up their Amazon parcels from a non post office location.

During checkout, customers can select a locker at a CBA branch as their shipping address.

Once their package is ready for pick up, customers will receive an email along with a barcode that they can use to pick up their package 24/7.

Commonwealth Bank Group Executive Angus Sullivan said the latest CommBank Retail Insights Report shows technology solutions such as smart lockers give consumers the choice they’re after with delivery services.

“We have the largest branch network in Australia and we’re thrilled to work with Amazon to deliver innovative technology-led solutions to our customers that help make their lives easier,” Mr Sullivan said.

Amazon Locker is currently offered at the following locations with the potential to expand the service in the future:
