Last traded for $275,000 in 2004, 274 High Street is a freehold offering.

It is close to cinemas, art gallery and only 20 minutes from Newcastle and Pokolbin. 

The double-level brick building’s front area has the main bar and seating, which is divided by a double-sided open fire place through then to another room, leading to a back courtyard. This parterre doubles the floor space and facilitates alfresco dining. The courtyard leads to Free Church Street.

The property has been restored fully.
