Collette Dinnigan is looking at selling her longtime Surry Hills headquarters.

The 22-24 Hutchinson Street has been proposed for a $6.9 million conversion into 11 apartments by the O'Neil eastern suburbs developer family outfit, Addenbrooke.

She bought the business’ current headquarters for $1,225,000 in the late 1990s.

Dinnigan's main focus now is on launching Bespoke Homes, the luxury rental platform she's developing with her husband, hotel and tourism entrepreneur Bradley Cocks.

They've already gathered a number of properties, including a 400 year old farmhouse in Italy.

She's recently secured the sale of her flagship store on William Street.
