Circular Quay ticket booths for lease

Four mobile ticket booths have been listed on Circular Quay's Wharf 1 by Place Management New South Wales (PMNSW).

PMNSW owns and manages some of the State’s most significant assets, including Sydney’s heritage and cultural precincts at The Rocks and Darling Harbour.

Their vision is “to create extraordinary places."

They are seeking tenants for four mobile ticket booths along the wharf fronting the retail and restaurant spaces below the Bennelong 'Toaster' apartment building.

They've provided the dimensions of the ticket booth (below), however the licensee will be responsible for the ownership, design, construction and maintenance of the booth.

The designs will need to be submitted to the PMNSW for approval.

The ticket booths are only available to operators who have the appropriate permissions from NSW Roads and Maritime Service to operate from the adjacent Wharf 1.

The licensee terms can be between one and five years and the maximum trading hours and seven days a week during daylight hours only, however exclusions are included for specific events such as New Years Eve.

Stonebridge Property Group agent Tim Andrews is marketing the spaces.
