A landmark retail freehold in Chatswood will be offered to the market after more than three decades of private ownership.

The space, occupied by international retailer King Living for almost 20 years, is expected to sell within the early $7 millions.

Located at 216-18 Victoria Avenue, the 462sqm asset is positioned on the corner of Chatswood’s most exclusive retail strip.

The two-storey space offers five car parking spaces on the title and a further eight spaces adjacent to the property.

CI Australia’s Nick Lowry holds the listing, noting a space like this is a rare opportunity.

“With a prominent corner location, rental upside and recently upgraded major capital items, this is a triple threat opportunity for investors”, he said.

The auction will be held on Tuesday, September 29, in conjunction with Shead Property’s Rick Sombroek and Bill Gerooulis.
