The design and procurement of the facility has been overseen by specialist supply chain and property consultancy firm, TM Insight.

The firm will also project manage the construction of the building and help with the transitionary period.

ESR Australia CEO Philip Pearce stated: “ESR is please to secure a customer of the quality of CEA as the first commitment to Bringelly Business Hub, which is planned to be a landmark park in a growing precent of south Western Sydney with a built out area in excess of 80,000 square metres with end value of circa $120 million.”

The warehouse is aiming to achieve a five-star energy rating through use of solar technology, water recycling and responsible resourcing of materials.
