Camperdown warehouse with development potential sold

An older style warehouse with redevelopment potential at Camperdown in Sydney’s inner north-west has been sold by for $1.25 million.

The two level brick warehouse at 115 Salisbury Road, Camperdown was sold by Ray White Commercial Inner West agent Tim Morrison.

The corner location was offered vacant possession, with a floor area of 425 square metre zoned B1, which allows for a variety of uses such as a child care centre, bed and breakfast, student accommodation or shop top housing.

The new owner is looking to lease the property.
