Tewantin's Caltex has been sold.

The auction for 44 Doonella Street, Tewantin fetched $3,120,000 with a new 15 year lease.

It last sold at $1.1 million in 1991.

It was listed by Michael Collins and Aaron Dahl from Cushman & Wakefield Brisbane.

The property on a 1,199 square metre corner site features 70 metre of frontage, on site parking, and 15 year lease to 2033 plus options to 2053.

The tenant pays all usual outgoings, including Land Tax.

It is close to Tewantin Noosa RSL, Woolworths, BWS, Liquorland, Westpac, CBA, ANZ, and Medical Centre.

Tewantin is a tourist location supported by strong local economic administrative centre including the Noosa Shire Council Chambers and professional services.
