A well-known cafe in Sydney’s leafy suburb of Northbridge is up for auction. 

The cafe at 1/160-162 Sailors Bay Road has been in place since the building was completed in 2013.

It will go to auction on November 30 with expectations of $675,000 to $725,000 excluding GST.

The shop earns a net income of $46,255.56 + GST.

The tenant is on a three-year lease with two five-year options. 

It has a strata area of 25 sqm. 

The building has been converted into a boutique development of just 12 apartments.

It is being marketed by Tom Doran of Doran Commercial.
