The tenant is on a secure 12-year lease plus options through to 2028.

The lease comes with fixed 4 percent increases and the lessee pays the usual outgoings.

The property includes dual alfresco areas and comes with an exclusive seven-day licensed business. 

Waverley Park is a Mirvac development with 1,400 dwellings, 3,500 residents and Hawthorn Football Club (AFL) corporate headquarters and training grounds.

Its rental income was $103,415 pa as at Nov 2016.
