Brunswick Street retail investment sells at 5.3% yield
A retail investment on Brunswick Street, Fitzroy has sold at a floor rate of $15,260 per square metre.
Fitzroys agents Ervin Niyaz and David Bourke negotiated the $1.45 million sale.
The sale of 360A Brunswick Street was at a 5.3% yield.
The fully self-contained ground floor premises of 95 square metres sold with a new 5+5-year lease to convenience store Select 7, returning $77,000 per annum plus outgoings.
Bourke said the boom in medium and high-density development had grown the immediate catchment and attracted more young professionals to the archetypal stylish inner-north location.
