Brisbane's near city office market outlook for 2015: JLL
Jacob RobinsonFebruary 3, 2015

JLL have released a new report containing their outlook for Brisbane's near city market for the next 12 months in a chart (see below).

2014 was a challenging year for the Brisbane near city office market after a wave of subleasing flooded the market, according to JLL.

Due to further possible mining contractions, demand is likely to be subdued, the report states.

The most substantial addition will be Lend Lease's Kings Gate development, which currently has 40% commitment for its total 16,300 square metres of office space.
