Braddon office building tipped for $60m plus sale

An office building at Braddon, ACT is currently up for sale, just seven years after selling at $44 million.

The A-grade property at 82 Northbourne Avenue has striking architecture on the CBD fringe of Canberra.

The seven storey building is the latest to hit the market on Northbourne Avenue.

The highly visible structure is expected to sell for about $60 million.

The building was designed by architects BVN and occupied by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority.

The land is 2090 square metres with a floor area of 7,001 square metres, plus it includes basement parking.

The building is offered through joint agencies Colliers International agents Tim Mutton and Paul Powderly and Raine & Horne Commercial Canberra agents Nick Cotis and Frank Morella.
