A BP retail complex with national tenants at Grafton in northern NSW is up for sale through an expressions of interest campaign closing May 31.

The complex at 1-3 Spring Street and 5 Iolanthe Street, South Grafton, is being marketed by Kelly Zeckovic of Ray White Commercial Robina.

The nearly 7,000 sqm site was recently completed and its major tenants, which include Red Rooster, Driven to Espresso, BCF, Anytime Fitness and Bridgestone Australia, have long-term leases with options.

The complex earns a net rental income of about $801,950 per annum and is on two titles available individually or combined, said Zeckovic.

“The site is zoned Business Development and the property offers excellent depreciation advantages,” she said.

The city of Grafton is located on the Clarence River, about 630 km north of Sydney and 340 km south of Brisbane.
