Faversham House, a stately mansion with the potential to be a home, or to continue as a business has been listed for sale

Over the past 15 years, the owners have restored the property, transforming the historic interior and gardens.

The 16 bedroom, 11 bathroom Faversham House currently operates as a boutique hotel.

Set on 1.7 hectares of parkland gardens and vineyards overlooking Mount Brown, in the heart of York, the mansion is set just over an hour from Perth's CBD.

The Monger family originally established Faversham House, with original Georgian and Regency features.

It was last sold in 2004 for $1.07 million.

Offers close July 31 for 24-26 Grey Street through Jason Ryan of Abel Property.
