A renovated hotel with a turnover of $28,000 per week in Victoria's historic gold-mining town of Beechworth has recently sold for an undisclosed sum.

The Hibernian Hotel at 34 Camp Street comprises seven self-contained apartments and tea rooms.

The apartments have a turnover of $3,000 per week while the tea rooms are rented out for $20,000 per annum. The property occupies a land area of nearly 2,054 sqm.

The property was sold by Chapman Gould & May.

Listed in 2015, it was on the market for 632 days.

Its last listed price was $2,250,000.
