Leighton's Perisher ski lodge, Barrakee, has been listed for sale at $1.85 million.

Situated in North Perisher close to the North Perisher T-bar and Interceptor Chair Lift, the ski lodge comes with a 50 bed licence.

There are 25 guest rooms plus staff accommodation.

There is a licensed 34 seat dining room, plus lounge with fire place and bar facilities.

It has been listed through Forbes Stynes Real Estate by the construction giant, which is offloading all its non-core assets.

It had tried unsuccessfully to sell Barrakee in 1989, when the leasehold property had 44 years to run before it expired.
