Ballina Lakeside Holiday Park sells for $16.5 million

The Aspen Parks Property Fund (APPF) has bought the Ballina Lakeside Holiday Park on the New South Wales north coast.

It was bought for $16.5 million on a 10% yield.

It is a mixed-use property which includes 83 permanent residential sites and 144 short stay sites.

The 5.44 hectare property is about 500 metres from the beach and is part freehold and part leasehold.
