Balanced industrial market in NSW's mid north coast: HTW

The NSW mid north coast has a balanced industrial market, according to a recent Herron Todd White (HTW) report.

The property valuation firm says that there is a steady rental vacancy trend along with a stable rental rate trend.

There is a steady volume of property sales with the region's market starting to recover.

The local economic situation is currently flat with a small value difference between quality properties with national tenants and comparable properties with local tenants, HTW says.

A 54 hectare industrial warehouse, the Lansdowne Estate, at 21/586 Lansdowne Road, Kundle Kundle, (above) has been listed for sale.

Similarly a 3895 square metre industrial complex at 22-24 Marcia Street and 15 June Street, Coffs Harbour (below) has been listed for sale.
