A majestic 1930s Brisbane art deco triplex has been listed for sale for the first time offered in almost 50 years.

The Carrington on Gregory Terrace at Spring Hill has views across parklands to the City skyline.

It is a 567 square metre corner block with four garages off Bathgate Street.

Offers close with Ray White on 24 September.

The ground floor is approved as an office and is currently used as a specialist doctors practice but could easily convert back to residential.

The expected gross returns if fully rented are given as $120,000 per annum by agent Dean Yesberg.
