Arcadis, the global consultancy firm for natural and built assets, will provide cost and commercial management services on the 88 storey, $1.3 billion, super-apartment tower Spirit for Forise Investments Australia.

Spirit will be the tallest tower under construction on the Gold Coast, in terms of occupied apartment floors, with completion of the 470 luxury apartments scheduled for 2021.

Matthew Mackey, a director at Arcadis said landmark projects like Spirit that will "define the future of the Gold Coast.”

The 88 storey Spirit will have three floors of recreational areas as well as an infinity edge swimming pool.

The tower will also house high-end retailers, providores and Michelin-star restaurants.

The $1.3 billion, 88-level Gold Coast tower, Spirit, was surrounded in doubt after arrangements on its local marketing collapsed late last year.

Real estate agency The Agency is no longer working with Chinese conglomerate Forise Holdings to sell apartments at the Surfers Paradise project.
