Apartments along NSW coastline top of February property clock: HTW

Apartments in the Central and North Coast of New South Wales, the Gold Coast, Coffs Harbour and Melbourne are at market peak in February, according to the latest property clock from Herron Todd White. 

Units in Adelaide, Darwin, Townsville and Whitsundays are at the bottom of the market.

Property Observer found this two bedroom apartment, 9/69 Boronia St Sawtell (below) listed for sale for $345,000. It last traded for $195,000 in 2013.

A two bedroom apartment, 2/4 Solitary St Coffs Harbour, (below) is on the market for $395,000, having last sold for $308,500 in 2007.

A two bedroom apartment at 20/22 Orlando Street (below) that has been listed for sale for $615,000.
