Adelaide’s largest CBD shopping centre, Myer Centre Adelaide has been listed for sale.

Novion Retail Partnership has put the Myer Centre Adelaide in Rundle Mall up for sale through JLL’s Simon Rooney.

The initial early price expectations are for close to $270 million, according to the Australian Financial Review.

The centre has had a $35 million upgrade across its 60,109 square metres of retail space and 9,558 square metres of office accommodation. 

Myer Centre Adelaide features eight mini-major tenants, 88 specialty tenancies, 11 kiosks, six ATMs and 467 basement car parking spaces.
