Acting agent Mark Morrissey lists Rosebery warehouse

Acting agent Mark Morrissey and wife Lizzi Dayney have listed their mixed-use Rosebery warehouse.

For the last decade the property has been the HQ of Morrissey Management, which has represented the likes of the Hemsworth brothers, TV presenter Jonathan Lapaglia and radio star Kate Ritchie.

The couple paid $1.35 million for the Princess Avenue building in 2008.

The conversion with sky-lit interiors, exposed beams and oversized barn doors has four bedrooms above the lower level commercial space.

The listing through BresicWhitney Darlinghurst agents Ivan Bresic and Julian Barta comes with the option of a two year leaseback to the current owners.

They have a $2.75 million guide for its December 1 auction. 

Morrissey and Dayney are relocating to their Whale Beach property now their children have grown up.

They paid $2.3 million for the four bedroom home in 2015.
