Mister Zimi clothing brand takes Prahran lease

Lifestyle clothing brand Mister Zimi has taken a lease of an office and warehouse facility at Prahran in Melbourne’s inner east.

Teska Carson’s Jack Kelliher, who brokered the 3-7 Walker Street deal, with Luke Bisset, said the two level, 880 square metre, premises was let at $160,000 per annum net.

It was on a five year term with a five year option.

He said the property offered a very flexible premises in a sought after inner city location.

"This was a great opportunity to secure a unique and very functional property in a prime location just off Chapel Street in the heart of Prahran and within walking distance of public transport and a range of lifestyle amenities,’’ Mr Kelliher said.

He said the tenant was attracted to the utility and adaptability of the two level space in a location which offered accessibility and close proximity to all necessary services and amenities as well as clients and staff.

The lessor is a Melbourne based private investor.
