The Sydney suburb of Fairlight is among the top 10 fastest selling suburbs across Australia, according to Investar’s latest June report.

Units in Fairlight stay on the market for 42 days before being sold.

Recently a two bedroom unit at 3/36 Rosedale Avenue (above) was listed for 14 days before it was sold for $900,000.

Similarly a three bedroom unit at 8/52 Griffiths Street (below) was listed for 22 days before it was sold for $1.51 million.
