Beecroft ranks in the fastest selling suburbs
Sydney's Beecroft is among the top 10 fastest selling suburbs across Australia, according to Investar’s latest report.
The property data firm says that the median waiting time for houses in Beecroft is 42 days.
Recently a three bedroom house at 11 Bambara Crescent (above) was on the market for 25 days before it was sold for $1.8 million.
Another recent example is a three bedroom house at 5 Park Avenue (below) that was listed for 15 days before it was sold for $2.245 million.
