190 St Georges Terrace has retained one of its largest sub-lease tenants, with ATI Solutions signing onto a new direct lease on level five of the office tower.

The technology company previously subleased the 450sqm space following global design and delivery firm Stantec’s departure 2.5 years ago.

CBRE’s Lachlan Lewis negotiated the new three-year lease deal for a rental in the vicinity of $650 per square metre and market level incentive.

“This was an excellent outcome for the building owners to have what was a large potential vacancy re-leased with nil downtime on rental cashflow,” Lewis said.

“ATI Solutions looked at competing buildings but the lessor’s commitment to deliver the turn key fit out solution and the financial outcome was compelling.

"The major capital spent recently on the building lobby, glass entry and new end-of-trip were also key drawcards cementing ATI’s decision to stay at 190 St Georges Terrace.”
