$17.5 million Melbourne CBD car park sale
LaSalle Investment Management has sold its 706-bay Melbourne car park for $17.5 million through Savills.
The eight-level, strata-titled property, at 20-28 La Trobe Street, was sold on a 2.78% yield to a local private buyer.
The 1,400 square metre site is leased to Secure Parking, but on a term that expires at the end of this year.
