An opportunity to acquire a piece of the Mornington Peninsula at Moorooduc is now available with low $3 million expectations.

The 895 Moorooduc Highway offering has a land size of 15 hectares with Green Wedge zoning on the corner of the Mornington-Tyabb Road.

The Melbourne CBD is an hour’s drive away accessible via the Peninsula Link Freeway.

The listing comes after the recent sale of the Barmah Park Vineyard Cafe holding, with the four hectare holding listed with $2.35 million hopes.

Existing improvements on the 15 ha land comprise a brick veneer dwelling along with sheds, water tanks and extensive fencing.

It is set among the Barak Estate Winery, Mornington Yatch Club and Racecourse, Bentons Square Shopping Centre and the main street Mornington retail area.

Expressions of interest close May 3 through CBRE agent Nathan Mufale.

He said 895 Moorooduc Highway is benefiting from the recently completed Peninsula Link Freeway, an untolled 27km arterial route.
