Located at 132-134 Dover Street, the 501 square metre site has a 23 meter street frontage.

It comprises a 473 square metre single level warehouse building, with an office component and roller shutter door access.

Zoned Commercial 2 under the City of Yarra Planning Scheme, the property is approximately two kilometres from the Melbourne CBD.

It will be sold by expressions of interest, closing March 19.
