Rabbitoh Cameron Murray buys first home
Emerging South Sydney Rabbitoh star and NSW Blues Origin debutant Cameron Murray has become a first home buyer.
The second-rower has opted for the beach, spending $1.25 million on an apartment in Clovelly.
He bought it just after his recent 21st birthday.
The ground-floor unit, which comes with a private courtyard, was sold through Alexander Phillips and David Tyrrell at Phillips Pantzer Donnelley.
Last traded for $1.22 million in 2016, its spans 90 square metres including two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It is set on the prized north-east corner in a block of four just 100 metres from the beach.
Murray played in the midweek game which saw the NSW Blues defeat the Queensland Maroons 26-20 in the State of Origin decider.
Murray has contributed to South’s season as they seek to get back on track.
Following the 2018 season, where he played 25 times, he signed a new three-year deal.
