The business travel management solutions company, 1000 Mile Travel has agreed terms on a new lease in Richmond.

Set within the SJB architects’ designed Cirque apartment development at 2-6 Lord Street, the property comprises a 105 square metre retail ground floor space.

The deal was done by Savills Australia Victorian retail director, Michael Di Carlo with CBD Fringe leasing executive, Tim Sugar.

1000 Mile has taken a three year lease at $460 a square metre net, relocating from its current premises in Queens Road, Melbourne.
