Domain ranks Adelaide school feeder suburbs by property price growth

Adelaide property prices within the school catchment zone for Henley Beach Primary School and Unley High School are experiencing the highest median house price growth year on year, according to the Domain 2015 School Zones Report Card.

It found property within the catchment areas for Durnancourt Primary School and Seaton High School had the lowest median house price increase of all government school catchment areas.

The Domain 2015 School Zones Report Card analysed the price growth rate between property within government school catchment zones across Australia and compared sale price date against the corresponding school catchment zone.
