Yifang Group raises the curtain on Lane Cove's Quartet

Yifang, a prominent developer in China, has revealed the vision for its first Australian residential project in Lane Cove, Sydney.
 
Set between Birdwood Avenue and Finlayson Street, Quartet is a new community listed through Ray White Projects.

The collaboration by BATESSMART and 360 Degrees will 237 residences, including terraces and one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, across four striking buildings within lush landscaping.
 
Yifang Group Vice President Chang Liu said the group valued harmonious co-existence and joint venture.
 
“At Yifang, we understand that success lies in building local knowledge through partnerships, enabling us to deliver projects that are in tune with existing communities.

"Since 2001, we have delivered a number of iconic, world-class developments across China.
 
“Quartet is Yifang’s first residential development in Australia, and we are delighted to bring our vision to the area of Lane Cove.

"We have a strong local connection, with our Chairman and myself having lived in Lane Cove for many years,” Ms Liu said.
 
Ray White Projects managing director Eddie Mansour said Quartet will be ideal for young professionals, families and empty nesters looking to reside closer to lifestyle and leisure amenities.
 
Lane Cove is well situated and highly desirable; with its proximity to the Sydney CBD, Chatswood and Macquarie Park, and some of Sydney’s best schools and universities,” Mr Mansour said.
 
Quartet’s first release of homes will be on sale mid-February.
 
The display suite is situated at 10 Burns Bay Road, Lane Cove.
