Wyong, NSW mortgagee vacant block sells for minor loss

A vacant block in Wyong has been sold, under the instructions of the mortgagee for $220,000.

The block sold for $33,500 less than it was bought for in 2007 when it transacted at $253,500.

The 420 square metre block is located at 25 Leppington St, and came pre-cleared and fenced.

James Thompson, from Ray White Thompson Partners – Gorokan, listed the asset.

The median house price in Wyong is $535,000, slightly down from the 2018 highpoint in $560,000.
