Windsor property ranked by SQM among top Queensland suburbs to outperform

Windsor ranks among the top Queensland suburbs with four stars meaning that it will outperforms or is likely to outperform other suburbs the majority of the time, according to SQM’s latest report.

The report gave Windsor a ranking of 4.21.

This is followed by Eight Mile Plains with 4.12 and Brendale with 4.1.

Windsor is an inner-northern suburb of Brisbane
