An un-renovated home has been marketed as one of the worst houses in Wilston by Ray White Wilston agent Michael McCullagh.

The crumbling cottage at 20 Dibley Avenue is surrounded by renovated homes, which show the 405 sqm site's potential.

The home does boast views over the Brisbane City just a short walk to Wilston Village.

“This is definitely Wilston’s worst house with the best views,” listing agent Michael McCullagh said.

Ironically owned by a builder, the home hasn't been traded in nearly three decades.

The listing suggests the owners must sell at its June 2 auction as they look to move interstate.

They bought the home for $42,000 in 1987.

Michael said that there are very few homes in Wilston that are in their original condition.
