West region takes second place in Melbourne's auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

The Outer East region dominates all other regions in Melbourne with the highest auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.
The property advisory firm says that out of the 78 auctions known to CoreLogic 84 percent were sold under the hammer.
This is followed by the West with 83% and both the Inner South and South East region with 80%.
The region with the lowest auction clearance rate was the North West where only 75% of its 86 known auctions were sold.
