West Melbourne region scores highest weekend auction clearance rate: CoreLogic

The West region of Melbourne had the highest weekend auction clearance rate, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.
The property data firm says that out of the 107 auctions in Melbourne’s West region 85.1% resulted in a successful outcome.
This is followed by the North West region with 82.3% and the North East region with 79.5%.
The South East region had the lowest auction clearance rate with only 67.5% of its 83 auctions cleared.
A three bedroom townhouse at 4/13 Powell Crescent, Maidstone (above) was sold for $675,000.
Similarly a three bedroom house at 25 Tucker Street, West Footscray (below) was sold for $890,000.
