The sale marks a loss of $35,000 since the house last sold for $155,000 in 2010. 

Robert Finlay of LJ Hooker Warwick marketed the property.

The home is situated on a 845sqm block and has close proximity to the CBD. 

The median house price in Warwick sits at $265,000, according to CoreLogic.
