The sale marks a loss of $35,000 since the house last sold for $155,000 in 2010. 

Robert Finlay of LJ Hooker Warwick marketed the property.

Situated at 51 Stewart Avenue, it comprises three bedrooms, one bathroom and double garage. 

The home also features guest house, open space for potential kitchen and water tank. 

The home is situated on a 845sqm block and has close proximity to the CBD. 

The median house price in Warwick sits at $265,000, according to CoreLogic.
