Victoria's Werribee Council buys two local land holdings

Two land holdings with a total of 7,614m2 have been sold in Werribee, Victoria, by Werribee Council for the redevelopment of Werribee’s Activity Centre.

The properties were recently rezoned to Activity Centre Zone.

One site, The Bridge Hotel, is located at 197-199 Watton Street, Werribee which was built circa 1926. The two-storey brick building includes an alfresco area, two dining rooms, private function room, full commercial kitchen, large freezer and cool rooms. The first floor provides accommodation and a private residence.

The land area is 4046m2 and equates to $1334.65 per square metre. Sale price was $5,400,000.

The second property, 201 Watton Street, Werribee, a Toyota car dealership, has a land area is 3568m2 which equates to $1,443.39 per square metre. Sale price was $5,150,000.

Both sold through Robert Cubelic and Charles Cini of CVA Property Consultants.
