The merits of auctioning was obvious on the weekend at Yowie Bay. As auctioneer Andrew Cooley of Cooley Auctions tweeted.

Andrew Cooley was under instructions to keep the location secret, but Property Observer's attendee advised it was 39 Warrah Road, Yowie Bay (pictured below) which sold on Saturday through Sanders Property Agents. There were four competing parties interested in the offering.
