Two more Millers Point heritage sales, 14 new listings

Some 14 Millers Point apartments have been listed as part of the Property NSW sales program following the sale of two split level apartments this week on Glouscester Street. 

The sales included 48 Gloucester Street (above), which sold for $1.47m and 48A Gloucester Street, Sydney, which sold for $1.675m.

The 14 fresh listings are located between 46 Gloucester Street and 56C Gloucester Street and will be sold via tender, with expressions of interest closing 9.00am June 20, 2017.

More than 30 three storey apartments, located between 30 Lower Fort Street and 4 Trinity Avenue were recently listed.
