A two bedroom unit in Alstonville,  a town in northern New South Wales, has been sold for $225,000 by mortgagees.

It was sold by Robbie McRae from LJ Hooker Alstonville.

The unit situated at 3/21 Kyla Street comes with two spacious bedrooms, lounge at the entrance, open style kitchen, and internal laundry with access to both rear courtyard and garage.

Set on an 816sqm block, the unit is close to schools, parks and shops. 

It had last traded at $260,000 in 2010.

The suburb's median unit price sits at $335,000, according to CoreLogic.
