Angela and David Harms of Success Realty held the listing.

Last sold in 2001, the property transacted for $97,000.

Situtated at 63 Jimbour Drive, the home was previously listed in 2017 for $265,000.

The property had been listed for February 2 auction.

Set on 600 square metres the property is currently tenanted for an undisclosed weekly rent.

The property is one of a group of 37 properties Success Realty was marketing for mortgagee sale.

Others mortgagee listings in Newtown that Success Realty sold include 4 Higgins Street and 77a Taylor Street.

The median price for a home in Newtown, Queensland is $310,000 according to CoreLogic, which calculate its annual change in median price over the past 10 years as 2.8%.
