Tide retreats a bit, but Waillea, Manly sub-penthouse sold

Scott Penn, the part owner and chairman of the Manly Sea Eagles, and wife, Nicola secured $4.28 million for their Manly beachfront apartment.

The sub-penthouse in the Waillea building was bought in 2010 for $4.38 million as a weekender but because they are so busy they haven’t used it very much and have decided to sell it.

The third floor apartment in in the Susan Rothwell-designed block on North Steyne.

It had been listed through Belle Property agent Anthony Calacoci.
